Summary
Taron Solutions Limited is entering an exciting period to build our global brand servicing pharma and biopharma industries. Due to our expansion into different regional market, we are looking to hire a business development member to handle promotion, chase and close business contracts with bio-pharma partners. The individual conducts duties and responsibilities listed below, plus any other tasks as requested by the CFO.
Duties and Responsibilities
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who has good bio-pharma network in North America or Europe, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business contracts from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Salary is negotiable. Other incentives include commission based bonus. Other benefits based on short-term and long-term incentive performance base (cash and stock options)

Duties and Responsibilities

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new leads and business growth.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. We also accept people with other degrees and with prior experience working in different bio-pharma companies.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
